Internet Masterminds Meetup: The Blueprint of Irresistible Branding, with David Childs
Monday, October 15th 7:00pm – 9:00pm (Map)

This meetup group meets every Monday to discuss internet marketing strategies. This week’s presentation is from David Childs, who founded the branding and communication agency Living Blueprint. He will discuss effective branding and messaging. There will also be some sweet door prizes!

SOHO SME Business Expo
Tuesday, October 16th, 9:45am – 4:30pm (Map)

The Main Conference and Tradeshow portion of the Expo brings a full-day lineup of speakers on the topic of small and medium business operations and marketing. Pre-registration for the event is free! There will also be pre- and post-events taking place.

SproutCore Online Meetup – October
Wednesday, October 17th 4:00pm – 6:00pm (TBA)

This brand-new meetup group will discuss the SproutCore framework and it’s functionality building HTML5 applications. This month’s presentation is delivered by Joe Gaudet, the CTO of GrowLab graduate company Matygo. The topic is “Using Statecharts to Keep Your Sproutcore Application Logic Sane”

Ladies Learning Code: Introduction to WordPress
Saturday, October 20th 10:00am – 4:00pm (Map)

Ladies Learning Code is back with a Saturday dedicated to learning about WordPress. Vanessa Chu will teach you how to install WordPress, how to use it, and how to make edits to a theme. Registration is $50 and includes a catered lunch and coffee/tea.
