GrowLab alumni Sunnytrail are the makers of an application that enables companies to know the context and social information of their customers.
Today, Sunnytrail released a Chrome extension that allows their customers to access the same social intelligence they get with Sunnytrail in other business apps, like MailChimp and Zendesk.
As posted on their company blog about customer engagement, Sunnytrail writes:
How does it work?
The extension attaches a little icon next to the names or email addresses of your customers inside your business application. To learn more about a customer, just click the icon and voila: social intelligence about that customer at your fingertips.
