We’re always a little sad to see our latest cohort embark into the real world and continue to grow their startups. But at the same time, it always makes us happy when one of them reminds us how much Growlab can provide to them. Eric from Mover.io has written an amazing post about his experience during his time within the Vancouver accelerator. Here’s a few quotes from his post:
Nothing in my last 6 years working for and on startups felt as good as participating and “graduating” from the latest GrowLab cohort.
…running a startup is like running off a cliff with all the parts to build an airplane. You’ve got the propeller, the panels that make up the wings, the seats, electrical, etc. and you somehow have to assemble this thing, climb inside, start it up, and fly away before you smash into the ground…
The best thing Debbie Landa told me was “if they don’t want to answer a question then they won’t, but you have to ask it first.”
