While we were all busy in Seattle pitching last week, Carina Kom from BlueBatGames was on stage at Casual Connect! She was a finalist in the GameChangeHers awards, a special awards ceremony celebrating women in the Games industry.
GameChangeHers Excellence Awards for women who have shown a positive example for others in the industry. All four women were chosen by Casual Connect male advisors who have been impressed by these women.
While this year’s winner was Emily Greer from Kongregate, we’re excited that Carina was able to be nominated as finalist and representing both Growlabs and BlueBat Games at the Casual Connect conference in Seattle. As a finalist, she was awarded a beautiful Tiffany necklace. We look forward to seeing more of Carina in the future!
